Leadership with heart
Bob’s relaxed style, clarity of concepts and especially the way his heart shines through provides many ’take aways’ with each episode. I love to listen, relax, learn and come away feeling encouraged.

Short Segments PACKED with Info!
Bob's style is the quiet kind of leadership style - allowing others to shine, showcasing their best features, and learning while teaching. SUPER effective, right?! Bob shows that and more in his podcast episodes, PLUS he's got a great line-up of guests that really know the ropes of buisness. Great stuff for anyone looking to inspire others and change the world.

It's like spending a half hour with your best friend.
Bob has a great personality and friendly approach to podcasting. Loved episode 1 with Mr. Solopreneur himself. @EntreArchitect

The Real Deal
Some people walk the walk and talk the talk and Bob is obviously one of those people! I love his warm, humorous energy and his ability to empower you in your quest for better leadership. I don't tend to think of myself as a leader but this podcast gives me the confidence to explore and develop that side of myself.

Authentic!
I’ve always been drawn to leadership as a topic. I’m a born control freak, but as a solopreneur, I wasn’t sure if Bob;s show would be relevant for me. Frankly, I listened because we are in SoloLab together and I wanted to know enough to participate in the conversations about his business. I’m so happy I did! The very first episode pointed out that leadership can be a key to differentiation within my niche. I had be mulling over that very question just before I tuned in. Thanks Bob! The discussion about commitment was also super relevant to me. As a Professional Organizer, I deal with lots of time and project management issues, and I agree that commitment is a great way to handle prioritization and tying it back to leadership is brilliant. Subsequent episodes have provided really good nuggets as well. I’d follow Bob almost anywhere because, that is authentic leadership. @moypmto

Enthusiasm on Steroids
Great show Bob! Your enthusiasm is contagious and Alex rocks! Keep ‘em coming Bob!

One of the good ones!
In my experience, the biggest single factor that separates great leadership training from the rest is the sincerity of the "teacher". Bob seems very sincere and to really care and believe in the value of leadership!

Words of Wisdom from Great Leader
I have worked with Bob Nolley in the corporate world, and this podcast talks about all the major elements that make up his successful leadership style. He truly walks the walk. Clarity in communication, Delivering on what you promise, Approchable leadership, and most importantly - trust and respect. I cannot wait to listen to the next podcasts.

What’s in a name? Everything.
Without a doubt I dig the name of the podcast. Seeing the lab look up at the tagline really drives home the intent of this podcast. The artwork imagery really reflect the tone and podcast direction. Typically yellow commands immediate attention. Follow me on this. Traditional leaders “command” this sort of cautionary attention that has maligned the workplace and society as a whole for decades. The manner in which Bob Nolley uses yellow speaks volumes about his message. The focus is not on him. The focus is squarely set on helping you to create that which you are able to see right in front of you (right now) for yourself. It’s “merely” a matter of shifting your focus. Which bring us back to the yellow. the leader, Bob Nolley. Rephrase. That brings us back to what a true leader does. A true leader’s focus is on place those which he serves first. (employees, family, message, etc.). Bob Nolley in every sense of the word is a true leader. What we create in life mirrors that which are from within. Good on you Sir for creating quality content!
