Authentic!

I’ve always been drawn to leadership as a topic. I’m a born control freak, but as a solopreneur, I wasn’t sure if Bob;s show would be relevant for me. Frankly, I listened because we are in SoloLab together and I wanted to know enough to participate in the conversations about his business. I’m so happy I did! The very first episode pointed out that leadership can be a key to differentiation within my niche. I had be mulling over that very question just before I tuned in.

Thanks Bob! The discussion about commitment was also super relevant to me. As a Professional Organizer, I deal with lots of time and project management issues, and I agree that commitment is a great way to handle prioritization and tying it back to leadership is brilliant. Subsequent episodes have provided really good nuggets as well. I’d follow Bob almost anywhere because, that is authentic leadership. @moypmto
