What’s in a name? Everything.

Without a doubt I dig the name of the podcast. Seeing the lab look up at the tagline really drives home the intent of this podcast. The artwork imagery really reflect the tone and podcast direction. Typically yellow commands immediate attention. Follow me on this. Traditional leaders “command” this sort of cautionary attention that has maligned the workplace and society as a whole for decades. The manner in which Bob Nolley uses yellow speaks volumes about his message. The focus is not on him. The focus is squarely set on helping you to create that which you are able to see right in front of you (right now) for yourself. It’s “merely” a matter of shifting your focus. Which bring us back to the yellow. the leader, Bob Nolley. Rephrase. That brings us back to what a true leader does. A true leader’s focus is on place those which he serves first. (employees, family, message, etc.). Bob Nolley in every sense of the word is a true leader. What we create in life mirrors that which are from within. Good on you Sir for creating quality content!
