I was particularly drawn to your podcast on Pat Summitt. I enjoyed listening to you speak about how she invested in her team and how she had a servant’s heart. These qualities made all the difference. She did not let her ego get in the way, and the result was teams that got the job done! Her players graduated better people. Enjoyed how you discussed her autobiography and tied her coaching to leadership. Empathy and emotional quotient are key. Great podcast!
